What is the Osaka Performer Licensing System?
This system is implemented by the "Osaka Performer License Executive Committee." It grants licenses to "street performers" who possess a certain level of skill, providing them with opportunities to perform at tourist spots and events in Osaka.

This initiative, carried out in collaboration with performers certified under the Osaka Performer Licensing System, aims to enhance the appeal of Osaka as a tourist destination, create a more enjoyable city, and allow visitors from both Japan and abroad to experience more of the unique charm of Osaka.
