In addition to a special event for purchasers, there will also be a performance scheduled for the day. The performance is free to watch, so please come and join us!

Please read the instructions carefully and follow the rules to enjoy the event!

■Regarding the venue and schedule
☆The start time of sales may vary slightly. Depending on the crowd situation, sales may end before the event starts.
☆The end time for sales will depend on the progress of the event and the crowd situation, so we will make an announcement at the venue on the day of the event.

◆Regarding the number of items sold per transaction
There will be a limit on the number of items you can purchase in a single transaction at each venue. Please check the details at the venue on the day of the event.
*This setting is designed to allow as many people as possible to participate.
*The maximum number of tickets may change depending on the crowd situation on the day.
*If you wish to purchase more than the maximum number of items allowed, please rejoin the sales queue each time you wish to make a purchase.
*Depending on the situation on the day, we may restrict the number of people who can rejoin the line to prevent hoarding.
*After purchase, refunds, quantity changes, and format changes are not possible for any reason.
*Depending on the crowd situation, sales may end before the event starts.
*For information not covered above, please check at the CD sales booth on the day of each performance.

◆Regarding participation tickets for the special event
You will receive a participation ticket for the special event (hereinafter referred to as "participation ticket") for each CD you purchase after payment.
*Participation tickets will only be given to those who purchase them at the sales booth set up inside the venue on the day of the event. (Please note that participation tickets will not be included even if you reserve the CD at the CD shop inside the facility before the event date.)
*Participation tickets are limited in number. Sales and issuance will end once they run out.
*Transferring or reselling participation tickets is prohibited. If a violation is found, all participation tickets will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from participating in all events by this artist. In such cases, no refunds will be given for purchased items.
*Forging participation tickets is a criminal offense. If discovered, all participation tickets will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from participating in all future events by this artist. In this case, no refunds will be given for purchased items.

◆Regarding entry to the priority viewing area
・For those who purchase the CD, we will set up a "priority viewing area" where you can watch the event from the front area.
Those who purchase a CD will receive a wristband (which will be placed on their wrist by a staff member). The wristband will have a number on it, and those whose numbers are drawn will be able to enter the "priority viewing area".
The "winning numbers" and "order of entry to the priority area" for your wristband will be announced approximately 20 minutes before the start of entry to the priority area at the CD sales area or near the entrance area. Please note that a lower number does not necessarily mean you will be able to enter the priority area earlier.
・Only one wristband will be issued per person. We will not reissue wristbands even if you rejoin the line at checkout.
*There is a limit to the number of wristbands that will be distributed. Distribution will end once they run out.
*The wristband numbers are assigned by lottery, so there is a chance you may receive a losing number.
*We cannot provide wristbands for those who are not present. Please ensure that the person attending has completed the payment and is ready to pick up their wristband.
*The wristband will become invalid if it is peeled off or detached. It will also be invalidated if staff determine that there are signs of it being peeled off, as this would make it impossible to deny the possibility of transfer or resale.
*Transferring or reselling wristbands to anyone other than the person who received them is prohibited. If a violation is found, the corresponding number will be invalidated without question, and entry to the priority area will be denied.
Furthermore, we will refuse your participation in all events featuring this artist. In this case, we will not accept returns or refunds for purchased items.
*Forging the listed reference number is a criminal offense. If discovered, all participation tickets will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from participating in all future events by this artist.
Even in that case, we will not accept returns of purchased items or issue refunds.
*The numbers on the wristbands will be distributed randomly. Depending on the number, you may be placed towards the back and your view may be obstructed, so please be aware of this in advance.

■ How to participate in the special event for CD purchasers
・After the performance, there will be a special event (high-five with the members) for those who purchased the eligible products.
・Viewing is free and open to all (however, the Sapporo and Fukuoka venues are halls and viewing is only available to those who have won tickets), however, in order to participate in the high-five event (hereinafter referred to as the "special event") held after the performance, one "special event participation ticket (hereinafter referred to as the "participation ticket") is required per participation, regardless of your age. Even if you do not watch the performance, you can still participate in the special event if you have a special event participation ticket.
- Participation tickets will be given on a first-come, first-served basis to those who purchase one or more eligible products at the CD sales booth set up inside the event venue on the day of the event, with the number of tickets equal to the number of products purchased.
During the fan event, we may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you.
・During the fan event, if you bring luggage while lining up, we may check your luggage or ask you to leave it with us.
・As a large number of customers are expected to participate in the fan event, we ask that you please keep moving without stopping. If you intentionally slow down, it will be considered an obstruction to the flow of people, and staff will issue a warning.
Customers with multiple participation tickets should line up at the back of the queue each time.
The fan event will end as soon as the line of participants is finished. You will not be able to participate even if you have a participation ticket after the announcement that registration has closed.
・Due to facility or weather conditions, the fan event may be terminated even if there are still customers waiting in line.
・When participating, please abide by the "Prohibited Actions" and "Notes" described in this document. If a participant violates any of the rules, or if the organizers deem a participant unsuitable for participation for any other reason, their participation will be refused.

◆Prohibited actions common to all venues (violations will be strictly enforced upon discovery)
- Actions other than high-fives during fan events
*The fan event will consist of high-fives only. For safety reasons, the high-five will be held below the members' faces.
Any requests other than a high-five are prohibited, such as shaking hands, fist bumps, intertwining hands, asking for a head pat, or asking to have your name called.
Failure to comply will result in a warning from a staff member. In serious cases, the event will be considered disruptive, your participation ticket will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from participating in future events.
- Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, forging, or obtaining the special event participation ticket through illegal means.
*If you are unable to repurchase tickets even after lining up again, and you possess more tickets than the sales limit,
Regardless of the reason, you will be deemed to have violated the rules and will be prohibited from participating in future events. (Example: If you possess 10 tickets at a venue with a sales limit of 3 tickets, even though you were unable to rejoin the line to purchase more.)
- Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, forging, or obtaining priority area tickets through fraudulent means.
*If this is discovered, all of your participation tickets will be invalidated, and you will be prohibited from participating in future events.
- Cutting in line in priority areas, forcibly entering, and reserving spaces to make room for others.
*We have observed instances of people forcing acquaintances to the front after reserving a spot, but this is equivalent to cutting in line.
Both the person who cut in line and the person who let them in will be asked to leave the line.
If this is discovered, all of your participation tickets will be invalidated, and you will be prohibited from participating in future events.
- Cutting in line to purchase
*Both the person who cut in line and the person who let them in will be removed from the line.
Also, if you leave the line, you will not be able to return to your original position. You will have to rejoin the end of the line. However, in the case of using the restroom, you will be allowed to return to your original position only if you have confirmed with the customers in front of and behind you in line and contacted a nearby staff member. Please note that we will not be able to assist you if you do not contact us, regardless of the reason.
To prevent problems such as people cutting in line, we also prohibit "queuing on behalf of others."
- Camping out, sitting or gathering around the venue, causing disturbances to shops within the facility, etc.
- Defamation, slander, intimidation, and verbal abuse of performers and staff, and shouting excessively during events, etc.
- Entering the venue or participating in the fan event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
- Recording, filming, or photographing, and transmitting such data, as well as bringing equipment into the venue for such purposes.
- Reserving a spot by placing items in all viewing areas
*If items are found to be left unattended for an extended period, staff will remove them. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any removed items or items left unattended.
- Bringing carry-on luggage into the priority area, viewing area, or fan event area is prohibited.
*Please leave your belongings in a nearby coin locker or similar facility, as this will disrupt the smooth running of the event.
- Viewing using ladders, platforms, etc. inside the venue

◆General precautions for all venues
For safety reasons, we do not allow unaccompanied participation by preschool children. Children must be accompanied by a guardian. Regarding the priority area lottery, only guardians will participate in the lottery; if successful, they may enter with their child. Even if unsuccessful, children will not be entered into the lottery (and given a wristband) on their own. (One guardian and one child will be considered one group, and one wristband will be issued. If you wish to participate in the lottery with two or more preschool children, the number of guardians must be equal to the number of children.)
Please follow the instructions of the staff regarding entry and the event. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the premises.
- Wristbands and event participation tickets are only valid for the date and venue indicated on the ticket.
This cannot be used at other venues.
If you wish to participate in the special event, the person who will be participating must purchase the product themselves. Having someone purchase the product on your behalf and then giving the participation ticket to the participant is considered "resale" or "transfer," which are prohibited. (However, for persons with disabilities, purchases by a caregiver are permitted.)
Please refrain from holding up signs, towels, or other items above chest height, as this will obstruct the view of the stage for those in the back.
• The venue is located inside a commercial facility. Many customers who are not participating in the event will also be present. Please be considerate of other customers and avoid causing any inconvenience.
・When participating in events, whether indoors or outdoors, please take care of your own health, such as staying hydrated.
・For safety reasons and to avoid any potential conflicts between attendees, please refrain from using umbrellas when viewing events in the outdoor area during rainy weather. We recommend bringing other rain gear.
• The venue does not have any special medical equipment. If you have a pre-existing medical condition or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
・The cast members may change without prior notice.
We do not accept cancellations or returns after purchase under any circumstances.
- This offer does not apply to various in-facility services and benefits such as point cards and parking tickets.
- Participation tickets and wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or theft).
・On the day of the event, various restrictions may be imposed as necessary to prevent accidents and disruptions.
Please note that handing gifts directly to guests is prohibited. Please place your gifts in the gift box provided on the day of the event. We cannot accept food, drinks, balloons, or fresh flowers, so please refrain from placing them in the box.
・Transportation and accommodation expenses on the day will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please manage your personal belongings yourself. The facility and organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
・Due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness or accidents involving performers, transportation disruptions, or venue equipment failures, the event may be canceled, postponed, or the date, time, location, content, or performers may be changed. In such cases, we will not refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses.
・Due to time restrictions on venue use, delays in the progress of the fan event, etc., the event may be terminated early. In this case, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate, and we will not accept returns of merchandise.
・We prioritize the safety of our customers and artists, and may conduct baggage checks or temporarily hold your belongings.
• We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of the event venue, but if you see any suspicious individuals or objects, please inform a security guard.
Please remove any accessories such as rings and bracelets before participating in the fan event.
