Mini Live & Benefits Board
*A special event will be held after the mini-live for those who reserve the target product, "BRiLLiANT (Regular Edition)," at the venue on the day of the event (full payment required in advance).
*A "priority viewing area" will be set up for the mini-live, allowing you to watch the event from closer up. Entry to this area requires a "priority viewing area admission ticket" obtained via the LINE app.
*The mini-live is free and open to everyone, but viewing is limited to the designated free space at the venue. Viewing is not permitted in any other area. Please note that space at the venue is limited, and we may have to restrict access depending on the situation.
*The mini-live venue is outdoors. In case of rain, you will not be able to use an umbrella while watching the performance, so please bring your own raincoat or similar. Please note that parasols are also not permitted during the mini-live performance.
*The fan event will be held indoors.

[Event How to participate]
To alleviate congestion at the CD purchase area during this release event, we will be implementing a pre-registration lottery system using the LINE app for "CD purchase tickets." "Priority viewing area admission tickets" will also be issued via the LINE app. Please see below for details regarding "CD purchase tickets" and "priority viewing area admission tickets."

On the day of the event, starting at 9:00 AM (scheduled), customers who purchase the following eligible products at the special CD sales booth near the stage at ATC Osaka Nanko will receive their tickets in the order of their ticket numbers, on a first-come, first-served basis as follows.

■Priority viewing area admission ticket → One ticket issued per person per transaction via the LINE app.
■ Farewell event participation ticket → One ticket will be given for each eligible product purchased.
■Participation ticket for the autograph session → One ticket for your desired member will be given for every two eligible products purchased.
*There are multiple tickets available for the special event, so please be sure to select your preferred ticket at the register when purchasing.
*Please note that the participation tickets for the autograph session differ depending on the member, so please be sure to select your preferred member at the register when purchasing. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
*When purchasing CDs, please line up alone. (Children may line up with you.)

<Regarding CD reservations>
■Reservations can be made using your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).
■You will need your mobile phone number and email address to register for a reservation.
Emails will be sent from the domain 'towerrecords.co.jp', so please check your device settings in advance to ensure you can receive them.
■The process from reservation registration to payment is as follows:
① Scan the QR code posted at the reservation venue using your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
② Click the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender address, and then send the blank email.
③ Once you receive the "Reservation Registration Guide" email, please access the reservation registration screen via the URL in the email body.
④ Please choose your preferred method of receiving your order: pick it up at TOWERmini Seven Park Amami store, or have it delivered to your home (additional shipping fee of 900 yen applies).
⑤ Please select your desired reservation item, confirm the quantity, benefits, and important notes, and then register your reservation details.
⑥Once your reservation registration is complete, an OR code for payment will be displayed. Please present this QR code at the cash register at the venue.
⑦ After confirming your reservation details and completing payment, we will provide you with the benefits corresponding to your purchase.
⑧ After payment is complete, you will receive an email at your registered email address titled "[*Do not discard* Payment complete / Instructions on how to receive your item]".

<Regarding in-store pickup of products>
■You can choose from the following methods to receive your product.
Store pickup: Pick up your order at TOWERmini Seven Park Amami store (you cannot specify a store).
Home delivery: Shipping fee: 900 yen (shipping to hotels or overseas is not available.)
*You cannot change the receiving method after payment has been completed.
*For shipping, a shipping fee of 900 yen is required for each transaction. Also, we cannot combine shipping.
■Products can be picked up at the store from the evening of Tuesday, March 10rd.
When receiving your order, please open the order information URL in the email titled "[*Do not discard* Payment Complete/Instructions for Receiving Your Order]" and present the barcode for pickup. The barcode will be displayed from the arrival date.
■For those who requested delivery, we will ship your order sequentially from the scheduled shipping date indicated in the order information in the email titled "[*Do not discard* Payment Complete/Instructions on how to receive your order]".
■The product reservation period will be four weeks from the release date, until Wednesday, April 8st.
■If you are unable to receive the item by the specified date due to reasons such as an extended absence, an unknown address, or being unable to contact the recipient,

★Regarding the priority viewing area★
*Please arrive promptly at the designated meeting place indicated on your "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket".
*One "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" will allow one person to enter in the order of the numbers printed on the ticket.
*Regardless of the number of tickets purchased, only one "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" will be issued per person per transaction. You cannot reserve multiple tickets for companions arriving later.
*The serial numbers on the "Priority Viewing Area Admission Tickets" will be assigned randomly. They are not assigned in the order of purchase.
*When entering the priority viewing area, one "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" is required per person for customers aged elementary school age and older.
*Please note that bringing large luggage such as suitcases into the priority viewing area is prohibited. Please leave your luggage in a public locker or similar facility before coming. Customers carrying large luggage will be denied entry to the priority viewing area.
*Please note that the number of "priority viewing area admission tickets" is limited.
* "Priority viewing area admission tickets" will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
*If you are entering with someone else, you will enter according to the person with the later number.
*Please note that reserving seats by leaving belongings or forcibly cutting in front of others is prohibited. If we discover anyone cutting in line, the person involved, along with any companions who allowed them to do so, will be asked to leave the priority viewing area.

★About the Kids' Space★

A kids' play area will be set up within the viewing area on the day of the event.
Customers who wish to enter the area will be given priority access with a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket." This ticket is valid for children under elementary school age plus one accompanying adult. The area will close once the capacity is reached.
*Please note that there is a limited number of children allowed in the kids' play area.
*Parents are required to remain seated while watching the show in the kids' area.

*Please note that viewing from ladders, platforms, or elevated areas is prohibited in all areas of this venue.
*Please be careful not to point your cell phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, or towards the staff or other customers during the mini-live or meet-and-greet.If we notice anything suspicious, staff will speak to you and ask for clarification. Also, please understand that if any trouble occurs between customers, it will be up to the parties involved to resolve it themselves, and the organizers will not be involved in any way.
*Excessive jumping and any behavior that disturbs other customers are strictly prohibited.
*Please refrain from bringing items that obstruct the view, such as message boards, into the venue, as they may inconvenience other customers. Also, please keep towels, fans, etc., below shoulder height, as holding them above shoulder height may inconvenience customers behind you or around you. Please be aware that if we determine that you are engaging in any behavior that may inconvenience other customers, our staff may give you a warning.

▼Notes regarding the farewell event
*This will be conducted with an acrylic sheet placed between the customer and the member.
*The farewell event will proceed with you constantly walking within the designated space, so please keep moving without stopping.
*Please refrain from stopping to talk to the members, asking them to call your name, or asking them to pose. It is also prohibited to stop to show messages written on your hands or arms.
*Participants are not allowed to hold anything in their hands, such as fans or signs.
*Participants aged elementary school age and older will need one "Farewell Event Participation Ticket" per person.
*If a preschool-aged child is participating, one child per adult is allowed.
*If you wish to participate multiple times, please rejoin the end of the line.

▼Notes regarding the handwriting session
*The "Postcard Writing Session" is a special event where customers can personally hand a message (postcard) to their favorite member. Please take this opportunity to write down your heartfelt feelings and deliver them directly to the member!
*For customers who wish to participate in the autograph session, two postcards will be given to you by staff at the sales booth when you reserve the CD: one with the BUDDiiS logo and one with a limited-edition August design (one group design).
*Please note that we will only be giving out postcards, one per person. We cannot accept letters in envelopes or other similar items.
*For the postcard with your message, you can either use the design provided at the time of your reservation, or you can use one you have prepared yourself. However, please keep the size within reasonable limits, such as a standard postcard size of 100 x 148 mm and a thickness of no more than 0.22 mm.
*Please note that there will be no desks or pens provided at the venue on the day of the event. We recommend that you prepare your own beforehand.
*The event will be held with an acrylic sheet placed between the customer and the member.
*Participants aged elementary school age and older will need one "Calligraphy Session Participation Ticket" per person.
*If a preschool-aged child is participating, one child per adult is allowed.
*If you plan to participate multiple times, please line up at the back of the queue again. If you are also receiving postcards, please bring the corresponding number of postcards with you.
*You can participate even if you do not receive a postcard.

▼Notes regarding the fan event and other events in general
*Wearing a mask is at the individual's discretion.
*Please note that viewing from ladders, platforms, or elevated areas is prohibited in all areas of this venue.
*Please understand that participation in any of the fan events may be cancelled due to the member's health condition on the day. Please also note that these fan events are held solely as a token of gratitude to those who have purchased the product, and we will not be able to accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in the participating members.
*Please note that the event may be terminated prematurely if it runs for an extended period.
*Please note that the "Participation Ticket for the Special Event" will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
*Once preparations are complete, the farewell event will start, followed by the autograph session. The order of the events may change. Please check the progress as announced by the venue staff. Also, please be sure to check the number of privilege tickets you have to avoid having any unused tickets or missing out on any events.
*If it takes time for people to line up at the start of the fan event, we will start another fan event as soon as the line is finished. Also, once we set a limit on the number of people in line, we will stop accepting new participants, so we ask for your active participation.
*While we will do our best to ensure the event runs smoothly, we may be forced to interrupt or change some of the content of the fan event depending on the circumstances on the day.
*Please be careful not to point your cell phone or other camera towards the stage where the members are, or towards the staff or other customers during the mini-live or meet-and-greet.If we notice anything suspicious, staff will speak to you and ask for clarification. Also, please understand that if any trouble occurs between customers, it will be up to the parties involved to resolve it themselves, and the organizers will not be involved in any way.
*Due to operational reasons, staff members who have completed infection control measures and hand sanitization may touch your shoulder, arm, or belongings to guide you during the fan event. Please participate in the fan event only if you understand and agree to this.
*Please note that we will refuse entry to customers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or those exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath. If you are feeling unwell, please do not overexert yourself.
* If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, or general pain, please be sure to contact a medical institution before visiting the venue and consult a designated medical institution.
*Please note that depending on the future situation, the event may be canceled or postponed, or the contents may be changed.In that case, please note that we will inform you on the homepage etc. by the day.

【Important Notes:】
*Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than defective products.
*In case of rain, viewing the event with an umbrella will be prohibited. We kindly ask for your cooperation in preparing rain gear such as a raincoat in advance.
*During the event, the use of umbrellas and parasols is prohibited when viewing from the front viewing seats.
*Please note that staying up all night or waiting from early morning in order to participate in the event is strictly prohibited.
*Please cooperate in keeping space open for passage. Furthermore, waiting, sitting, or loitering in the vicinity of the event space, or remaining in passageways or inside the store, is strictly prohibited. Anyone found engaging in such behavior will be asked to move.
*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables yourself.
*Bringing suitcases or large luggage into the venue is prohibited. Please note that customers carrying such items may be denied entry. Leaving luggage unattended in the event area or along pathways, or using it to reserve space, is extremely dangerous, so please refrain from doing so. Please leave large luggage in public lockers before coming to the event.
*Please be considerate of those behind you and do not hold towels, fans, or other items above shoulder height.
*Please note that the event may be unavoidably canceled or the participating members may change due to weather, natural disasters, or artist circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
* The holding time may be slightly different.
*Please refrain from bringing in cameras, recording devices, or video equipment. Photography, recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited.
*Please refrain from taking photos of members entering or leaving the venue, or during the fan event, as well as from directly handing them letters, food, drinks, or gifts.
*Resale, exchange, transfer, copying, or forgery of event participation tickets (including tickets for special events) is strictly prohibited. *Transportation and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the participant. Furthermore, no compensation will be provided for transportation or accommodation expenses in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event.

*Please refrain from watching the performance while standing on benches or other venue equipment.

*Reserving seats or spaces inside or outside the venue using personal belongings, sheets, etc., is strictly prohibited. Any unattended belongings or sheets may be removed by staff and security. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any removed or unattended items.
