ROOT FIVE will be holding a mini-live and handshake event to commemorate the release of their new album "ROOTERS" on February 25th!

The "mini-live" is open to everyone. For the "handshake event," if you purchase the new album "ROOTERS," released on February 25th, at the special CD sales booth next to the event venue on the day of the event, you will receive one handshake event participation ticket for each album purchased.

[How to participate in the handshake event]
Those who purchase "ROOT FIVE/ROOTERS" at the special CD sales booth at the event venue on the day of the event will receive a handshake event participation ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers with a handshake event participation ticket can participate in the handshake event held after the mini-live performance.

*Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited during the artist's performance.
*Please note that we cannot accept gifts handed directly to the members. Please use the gift box provided when lining up for the handshake event.
*Admission is free on the day of the event, but depending on the crowd situation, you may not be able to view it.
*Due to the expected large number of participants in the handshake event, we ask that you please keep moving without stopping.
*Please note that during the handshake event, staff may touch your shoulder or arm to manage the venue and ensure smooth proceedings.
*The handshake event participation ticket is for participation in the handshake event after the mini-live. Please note that it does not guarantee admission to the event itself.
*While we will prepare a sufficient quantity of the target products, there is a limited number available. Please note that distribution will end once the maximum number is reached.
*CD sales are scheduled to begin two hours before the event starts. However, please note that the start time for CD sales may be changed without prior notice depending on the crowd situation.
*When purchasing CDs, payment must be made in full in cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
*Please note that the handshake event may be terminated even if there are still customers waiting in line, due to facility or weather conditions.
*Customers with multiple "Handshake Event Participation Tickets" who wish to participate in the handshake event for the second time or more will be required to rejoin the end of the line.
*Please note that "Handshake Event Participation Tickets" will not be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or theft).
*The "Handshake Event Participation Ticket" is only valid for the designated time on the day of the event.
*Please note that the number of items for sale on the day and the "handshake event participation tickets" are limited. Sales will end once supplies run out.
*If you are accompanied by a child of elementary school age or older, a separate "Handshake Event Participation Ticket" will be required for the child.
*Transportation and accommodation expenses on the day of the event will be the responsibility of the customer.
*Event details are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding.
*The event is scheduled to proceed even in the event of rain. However, if it is deemed unsafe to hold the event due to severe weather, strong winds, or other unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, or transportation strikes, the event will be canceled, interrupted, or modified. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be given for purchased items. Defective items will only be exchanged for good ones if all included items are present.
*Please note that cameras may be present at the event for media coverage, etc., and you may appear in the footage.
*Please refrain from waiting outside the venue for artists to arrive or leave, as this will cause inconvenience to nearby residents. Also, please do not linger near the venue after the event has ended.
*Please refrain from staying overnight at the venue, as this will disturb local residents. If overnight stays are discovered, the event may be canceled.
*Reserving spaces for extended periods using personal belongings, picnic blankets, or other items is prohibited in all areas. Any such items found will be removed by staff and security personnel.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue directly. Doing so may lead to the event being cancelled.
