While efforts to create high-performance homes have progressed further following the mandatory compliance with energy-saving standards in April of last year, rising housing prices and interest rates, along with increasingly sophisticated customer needs, have brought to light challenges such as "how to communicate the value of eco-houses" and "how to differentiate ourselves from competitors."
After gaining a concrete understanding of the elements that enhance the quality of life, such as indoor environment, outdoor space, and design proposals, we will hold lectures by experts who are well-versed in both housing knowledge and branding. Based on this, we will learn practical methods that lead to "the next step beyond eco-houses."
