A request from ATC WARNINGS
The following actions are prohibited at ATC:
We ask for your cooperation to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and in Umiere Square by law.
Please smoke only in designated areas. -
Entry of roller shoes (skates), skateboards, etc.
We regret that we cannot allow the use of this item inside the building, in Umiere Plaza, or in the parking lot, as it may obstruct or inconvenience the passage of other customers.
In addition, we prohibit the use of kick scooters, balance bikes (pedal-less bicycles), unicycles, radio-controlled vehicles, drones, etc.
We will also speak to you if we deem anything at our facility to be dangerous. -
Bringing pets into the restaurant
Pets are not allowed inside the building.
*However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are permitted.
*Only passengers bringing pets on board Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Sunflower ferries who have completed the required procedures are permitted to access the ticket office and waiting area. -
Photography and video recording are permitted inside the building and on the premises of this facility.
Commercial photography is prohibited. Please be considerate of other customers' privacy if they appear in your photos.

Actions that cause trouble to others, actions that pose a risk, etc.
Violations of Manners and MoralsPlease refrain from using your smartphone while walking, as this can obstruct the passage of other customers and may lead to collisions. We will also speak to any other behavior that we deem inappropriate in terms of manners and morals.
