Located in a vast area overlooking Osaka Bay, ATC provides and operates a workspace where you can experience something extraordinary every day. It houses a range of businesses, from small startups to large offices and showrooms, employing approximately 3,000 workers, and is a hub for diverse businesses and innovations.
Amenities
■ Open Office Lounge
Office Lounge PORT
This tenant-only lounge can be used as a casual meeting space, a place to relax, or for meals. It is available anytime from 8:00 to 20:00.
Office Lounge DOCK
A tenant-only lounge with stunning ocean views. Similar to PORT, this office space can be used for casual meetings or as a relaxation area.
■ Conference rooms and exhibition halls
ATC Conference Room
Twelve rooms are available, accommodating between 30 and 150 people. Tenants can receive a 20% discount on their rent.
ATC hall
This is a large-scale exhibition hall located next to ATC, suitable for hosting large-scale events. Business-oriented exhibitions and seminars are frequently held here.
■ Shops and Restaurants
Restaurant
From bakeries that open at 9am to izakayas that are open after work, there are plenty of places to get you energized for tomorrow.
Shops and convenience stores
There are major general merchandise chains, stationery stores, and convenience stores where you can purchase the supplies you need for your business.
bank
A Mitsubishi UFJ Bank ATM is installed here. You can complete cash deposits and withdrawals, as well as other transactions, all within the building.
post office
The Nanko ATC Post Office is located on the first floor of the ITM building. Mailing services can be completed entirely within the building.
■ Parking and EV charging facilities
ATC Parking Lot 1
The ITM building has parking for approximately 600 vehicles from the first floor to the basement. Direct elevators connect to each office floor of the ITM building.
ATC Parking Lot 2
The ITM building has parking for approximately 400 vehicles from the first floor to the basement. Direct elevators connect it to each office floor in the O's building.
Monthly parking lot
The indoor parking lot is accessible from 7:00 to 24:00, while the outdoor parking lot is accessible 24 hours a day.
Electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities
ATC also has electric vehicle charging facilities. There are 6 standard charging stations (200V) on the 1st floor of the ITM Building (No. 1) parking lot.

Application and Screening
Once you have decided on your desired property, you will need to submit an application for tenancy. Please submit the tenancy application form along with the necessary documents for the tenancy screening process.
There is an application process for residency, and we will make a comprehensive decision regarding your eligibility based on the submitted documents and the information gathered during the interview.
Contract
Please review the contract details and building regulations, prepare the necessary documents, and then sign the contract.
Please pay the security deposit and the rent for the first month of the contract by the handover date.
Construction and relocation plans
Please feel free to contact us regarding office interior construction, communication infrastructure arrangements, and other related matters.
Please plan your schedule in a realistic way, working backward from the start date of business.
Move in
In principle, the keys will be handed over on the day the contract begins.
