Please adhere to the following guidelines when conducting commercial photography inside or outside our premises.
Commercial photography includes still photography for flyers and catalogs, and video production for commercials and corporate introductions.
This includes model photo shoots and similar events where a participation fee is charged.

*Separate fees will apply for space usage (filming location, waiting room, etc.) and arrangement of our security guards (for an additional charge).
*If any additional charges, such as extension fees, are incurred on the day of the shoot, an invoice will be issued at a later date. Please make the payment by the specified date.

Application and Usage Flow

If you wish to conduct commercial photography inside or outside the building, please contact us by phone in advance to inquire about the desired location and the content of the shoot.
We will explain any important points or availability.
Also, before calling, please refer to the "Shooting Guide (PDF)" in the various materials.
Preliminary meeting and on-site survey
Please schedule a meeting and on-site survey (location scouting) with our representative.
Please note that we may not be able to accept your request for photography depending on the content.
For use in commercials, movies, dramas, etc., please submit layout plans of the equipment, storyboards, or scripts.
Application for commercial photography
Please fill out the "Commercial Photography Application Form" with the details discussed during the meeting, and submit it along with the project proposal, time schedule, etc., at least seven days before the scheduled shoot.
Please note that the time stated on the application form should be the time required from the start of preparation at the filming location until departure.
We will review your submission and contact you regarding whether or not it is approved.
As a general rule, photography involving vehicles will be limited to the piloti plaza.
Payment of photography fee
Please pay the photography fee in advance.
Please transfer the payment to our designated bank account at least three days before the start of filming (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Changes and cancellations to the filming schedule
Please contact our representative immediately if you wish to change or cancel your photo shoot.
Depending on the nature of the changes, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
About the day of filming
Please contact our representative upon arrival. We will give you a filming permit, so please wear it in a visible location.
On the day of the event, please follow the instructions of the staff and security personnel. Additionally, please ensure that a supervisor is present and take all necessary safety precautions during filming.
In the unlikely event of an accident or damage to the facilities, please contact our representative immediately and take appropriate action at your own responsibility.
